Our vision is to help CMC Group employees manage and grow their giving. Giving at Heart is a non-profit organization that generously provides our employees with the tools they need to give back some of what we’ve all been blessed with. Our goal is to improve the lives of families and children by empowering and blessing them by reaching out internationally, nationally, and locally.
HOW IT WORKS
A committee comprised of 5 CMC employees determine how to best steward the money contributed by employees.
3/4 of your contribution goes to non-profit organizations and is tax deductible.
1/4 of your contribution goes into Helping Hands to assist employees who are in a financial crisis. This portion is not tax deductible.

Every CMC Group employee can contribute!
Choose your individual donation level, and have it automatically deducted each pay period.
Your help provides critical financial support to charities and co-workers.
Remember: Every dollar you donate becomes two thanks to a corporate matching donation!
Helping Hands
Any CMC Group employee is eligible to apply for assistance whether they contribute to the Employee Giving fund or not. Types of incidents involving an employee and/or immediate members of their family that might apply for assistance:
On and off the job injury or accident
Illness or death
Natural disaster (flood, fire, tornado, etc.)
