Our vision is to help our employees manage and grow their giving. GOD calls us to give generously. The foundation is a non-profit organization, that will provide our employees with the tools to give back some of what we have all been blessed with. The foundation reaches out both internationally, nationally, and locally. Our goal is to improve the lives of families and children, empowering and blessing them.
“How Significant is $1?"
If each employee who is not currently enrolled in Giving at Heart gave $1 per paycheck, we would have an extra $3,718.00 or $7,436.00 with the company match, in just 1 year!
We are aiming for 100% employee participation. Can we do it? We are doing it! Our current participation percentage is at 58% !!

- Choose your individual donation level, and have it automatically deducted each pay period
- Provide critical financial support to charities and co-workers

Helping Hands Employee Assistance:
- Any CMC Group employee is eligible to apply for assistance
- You do not have to contribute to the Employee Giving fund
- The types of incidents that might apply for assistance
- On and off the job injury or accident
- Illness
- Death
- Natural Disaster (flood, fire, tornado, etc.)
- Assault or robbery
- Assistance may be givenin situations involving either an employee and/or immediate members of their family
